It’s come to our attention that there have been issues submitting to SafeAssign from MySBfiles in SINC sites. We’ve compiled a handy list of operating system/browser combinations to help you submit your papers while we look into fixes.
Windows XP: Internet Explorer
Submitting from MySBfiles: Error message, "Invalid file location."
- Solution: Copy the file from MySBfiles to the Desktop, then resubmit.
Windows Vista: Internet Explorer
Submitting from MySBfiles: Error message, "Invalid file location."
- Solution: Copy the file from MySBfiles to the Desktop, then resubmit.
Mac OS X: Firefox
Works fine from both MySBfiles and the Desktop.
Mac OS X: Safari
Does not work from either MySBfiles or the Desktop. Gives error, "Submission Error: InstanceNotFound."
- Solution: Use Firefox instead.
