SafeAssign is currently not accepting PDFs generated by Adobe Acrobat Professional 9.0.0 or any more recent versions (9.1.2 is most recent). We have reported this issue to Blackboard and are awaiting a response.
In the meantime, if you are running Acrobat 9:

If you use Blackboard and Firefox on a Windows computer, do not upgrade to Firefox 3.5.

The previously-reported issue with downloading multiple assignments has been resolved. Downloaded ZIP files will no longer be NameOfAssignment.zip, but will instead be a string of random numbers and letters. Please keep this in mind as you download your files.
This bug only applies to SafeAssignments that were copied from an older course into Spring 2009 courses. If you created all new SafeAssignments in your Spring 2009 course, this does not apply to you.
